Hey Guys! TGIF!! Today, I’m doing something a little different. I wanted to do an OOTD post for you guys. No, I didn’t make anything in this post. I’m not 100% #memade yet! LOL I still wanted to share with you guys!
Today I’m sporting my super cute “I’ll Cut A Bitch” hoodie sweatshirt dress. I purchased this piece about 2 years ago when I saw it on Instagram. This was designed by designer Laurence Basse. She was one of my favorites on Project Runway season 15 and ended up being a finalist. Did you watch that season? It was definitely one of my favorite ones. Her skill is unmatched.
As soon as I saw this sweatshirt, I just KNEW, I had to have it. Have you ever purchased something and then didn’t even want to take it out of it’s packaging? This was me. I opened it and admired it and it sat in the box because it was too cute to wear. I know, crazy. Well, I finally pulled it out the box and threw it on for a few photos. Unfortunately, this hoodie sweatshirt is no longer available on her site. Sorry.
I love how you can style it as a sweatshirt or a sweatshirt dress. I’ve been on this hoodie kick lately so this was perfect! Oh, and it has pockets!! In this look I chose to style it with a pair of faux-leather leggings from the GAP Factory Outlet. The black ones are sold out, but are available in Tuscan Red HERE. I wore a Steve Madden Chevron Quilted Fanny Pack I purchased from Macy’s. It’s on sale right now HERE. My snazzy shades are from Citi Trends and my red booties were purchased from @shopcaribeancowgirl on Instagram.
In this look I styled my hoodie sweatshirt as a dress and just wore it with thigh high boots. Sorry guys, I purchased these from Payless Shoes before they went out of business, but HERE are a similar pair from Macy’s.
Do you guys enjoy OOTD’s from me? Should I do more of these kind of blog posts? Let me know in the comments below.
Until next time,
Johanna
You look to fly to “cut a bitch”… Thanks for sharing.
BWAHHH. I would never. I’m not going to jail for anyone. lol
I LOVE these looks! Laurence Basse was one of my favorites from that season, too. I found out last fall that she and I are birthday twins!
Thank you so much!! Yes, I love her. She’s a beast with leather. That’s so cool that you share the same birthday! You’re in very good company.
